(a) Account and orders: email, optional name, password (stored only as a secure hash), order history, and the game identifiers you provide for delivery (e.g., Epic username or Activision ID). (b) Payment: payments are processed by third-party providers; we receive payment confirmations and partial details (e.g., last digits), never full card numbers. (c) Support: ticket and chat messages and any files you attach. (d) Preferences: newsletter and price-alert subscriptions and their consent status. (e) Technical and usage data: IP address, device and browser type, pages and products viewed, cart and checkout events, an anonymous visitor identifier, and cookies. (f) Third-party sign-in: if you use Google or Discord, we receive your email and basic profile data from that account.

(c) Marketing emails and price alerts — only with your consent, withdrawable at any time via the unsubscribe link or your account. (d) Fraud prevention, security, and legal compliance — legitimate interest and legal obligation. (e) Analytics and Site improvement — legitimate interest, using minimized data.

Service providers acting under contract for us: payment processors, our email delivery service, hosting and cloud infrastructure, and analytics tools (for example, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity). Also where required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in a business reorganization or sale (with notice). We do not sell your personal data and do not share it for third-party advertising.

We use cookies and similar technologies: (a) essential (session, cart, security) — required for the Site to work; (b) analytics — to understand how the Site is used; (c) preferences. You can manage cookies in your browser settings; blocking essential cookies may prevent login or checkout.

We operate from the United States, so your data is processed there and in our providers' countries. For EEA/UK users we rely on recognized safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) with our providers.

We keep account data for as long as your account exists; order and billing records for the periods required by tax and accounting rules; support tickets for up to 24 months after closure; and technical/security logs for up to 12 months. When you delete your account, data is erased or anonymized except where retention is legally required.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the right to access, correct, delete, and port your data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. You can exercise these from your account (export and deletion) or by writing to [email protected]; we respond within legal timeframes and may need to verify your identity. EEA/UK residents may also lodge a complaint with their supervisory authority. California residents additionally have the rights to know, delete, and correct their information and not to be discriminated against for exercising them; we do not sell or "share" personal information as defined by California law.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures: encryption in transit (HTTPS), strong password hashing, role-based access controls, audit logging, and login rate limiting. No system is infallible; we will notify you of security breaches where the law requires it.

The Site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data; if you are a parent or guardian and believe a child under 13 has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it. Users under 18 may only use the Site with the involvement of a responsible adult (see Terms, Section 3).
