PayDomy (paydomy.com, the "Site") is operated by DomyGS LLC, a limited liability company organized in the United States, with its address at 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste R, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States ("PayDomy", "we", "us"). Contact: [email protected].

By accessing the Site, creating an account, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy, which are incorporated into this agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

You must be 18 or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to purchase. Minors may use the Site only through a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms, makes the purchase, and supervises use. By purchasing, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

PayDomy is an independent reseller of digital gaming products (for example, Fortnite V-Bucks, Fortnite Crew, and COD Points). We are not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Epic Games, Inc., Activision Publishing, Inc., Microsoft Corporation, or any other publisher, developer, or platform referenced on the Site. Fortnite, V-Bucks, Call of Duty, COD Points, and all other referenced marks are the property of their respective owners and are used solely to identify the products.

Our products are sourced and delivered using regional price differences and mechanisms such as gifting. Acquiring or redeeming products through third-party services like ours may breach the terms of service of the relevant game publisher or platform, and publishers may, at their sole discretion, take measures including warnings, content removal, temporary suspension, or permanent banning of your game account.

By purchasing, you knowingly and voluntarily assume this risk. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PayDomy shall not be liable for sanctions, suspensions, bans, or loss of access, progress, or content on your game account, or for any action taken by a publisher or platform against your account. The only coverage we provide for delivered products is the Replacement Warranty described in the Refund Policy.

(a) When you complete a purchase with your email, a PayDomy account is automatically created for you so you can track orders and receive support; you can activate it by setting a password via the link we email you, or sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. (b) You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. (c) You must provide accurate information (including the game identifier used for delivery). (d) We may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, abuse, unjustified chargebacks, or breach of these Terms. (e) You may request deletion of your account as described in the Privacy Policy.

(a) Products are digital and delivered electronically (via gifting to the game identifier you provide, codes, or the method described on the product page). (b) Published delivery times are estimates based on our averages and are not a guaranteed deadline unless the product page states otherwise. (c) You are responsible for the accuracy of the game identifier and other delivery details you provide; deliveries completed to an incorrect identifier supplied by you are non-refundable, though we will try in good faith to help. (d) All orders are subject to acceptance; we may refuse or cancel orders due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, unavailability, or operational risk, with a full refund for any undelivered order.

Our prices depend on regional pricing and exchange rates and may change without notice; the applicable price is the one shown when you confirm your purchase at checkout. Official-store prices shown for comparison are for reference only. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors, including after an order is received, in which case you may confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Payments are handled by third-party payment processors; we do not store full card numbers. We may run anti-fraud checks and request additional information before processing or delivering an order. Applicable taxes, if any, are shown at checkout.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, including the lifetime Replacement Warranty limited to revocations arising from the purchase transaction or payment method used by PayDomy, which forms part of these Terms.

You agree not to: (a) use the Site for unlawful purposes or with unauthorized, stolen, or fraudulent payment methods; (b) interfere with the Site's operation or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data; (c) initiate bad-faith chargebacks without contacting us first; (d) abuse support channels or staff; (e) use bots or automation to purchase. Breach may result in cancellation of orders and accounts.

The Site's own content (text, design, PayDomy logos, software) belongs to DomyGS LLC or its licensors. Third-party marks belong to their owners (see Section 4). Your use of the Site grants you no intellectual-property rights.

Except as expressly provided in the Refund Policy, the Site and the products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law: (a) PayDomy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, lost profits, or loss of data, game accounts, content, or progress; and (b) PayDomy's total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you actually paid to PayDomy for the order giving rise to the claim during the 12 months preceding it.

Nothing in these Terms limits, excludes, or purports to waive rights granted to you by mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence. If any provision conflicts with such laws, the mandatory rule prevails and the provision shall be adjusted to the minimum extent necessary.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DomyGS LLC, its members, employees, and agents from third-party claims arising out of your breach of these Terms, your unlawful use of the Site, or inaccurate information you provide, to the extent permitted by law.

We may update these Terms by posting the revised version on the Site with a new effective date; material changes will be communicated by reasonable means (such as a Site notice or email). Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the current version. Changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith by contacting [email protected]. Failing that, disputes shall be submitted to the competent state or federal courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, except where mandatory rules of your country of habitual residence provide consumers with a different forum or rights.

If any clause is held invalid, the remainder stays in full force. Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. You may not assign this agreement without our consent; we may assign it in connection with a reorganization or sale of the business. Neither party is liable for failures caused by force majeure. These Terms, together with the incorporated policies, are the entire agreement between the parties regarding the Site.
