Refund policy

1. Scope
We sell digital products delivered electronically. This policy applies to all purchases on paydomy.com and forms part of the Terms and Conditions. Nothing in it limits mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
2. Before delivery
You may cancel any order that has not yet been delivered or entered delivery processing and receive a full refund. If we are unable to complete delivery of your order, we refund it in full automatically.
3. After delivery
Due to their nature, digital products that have been delivered or redeemed are not returnable for change of mind. If you reside in the EEA or the UK: by purchasing you expressly consent to immediate performance of the digital-content supply and acknowledge that you thereby lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery has begun, in accordance with applicable law.
4. Lifetime Replacement Warranty (revocations)
If a product we delivered to you is later revoked or removed due to an issue with the purchase transaction or the payment method used by PayDomy to source or deliver it, we cover it for life: we will deliver the product to you again and, only if replacement is not possible, refund the amount you paid.
This warranty does not cover: (a) warnings, suspensions, or bans of your game account or any other publisher/platform action against your account (see Terms, Section 5); (b) losses resulting from your own conduct or your breach of the game's terms; (c) revocations unrelated to our transaction or payment method; (d) incorrect delivery details provided by you; (e) products whose page stated different warranty conditions at the time of purchase, which prevail.
How to claim: open a ticket from your account referencing the order and attaching reasonable evidence (for example, a screenshot of the removed content or the notice you received). We will verify the case and respond within a reasonable time.
5. Non-refundable cases
In addition to the above: products already redeemed or consumed that worked correctly; price changes after your purchase; correct deliveries to the identifier you provided; and subscriptions or passes (for example, Fortnite Crew) already activated for the relevant period.
6. Chargebacks
Always contact us before initiating a chargeback — we resolve most cases faster than your bank. Unfounded chargebacks on correctly delivered products may be disputed with delivery evidence and may result in account termination.
7. Refund method and timing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once approved, we process them immediately; crediting depends on your payment provider and typically takes 5–10 business days.
